2003年, 更名为光明乳业股份有限公司。
2013年, 光明乳业在华东地区市场占有率为21%; 其中上海地区达到41%, 全国排名领先。
新鲜牛奶, 市场排名第一, 占全国新鲜牛奶市场份额的45%, 占华东地区市场份额的79%; 新鲜酸奶在全国市场占有率为22%, 占华东地区的54%。常温牛奶在全国市场占有率为2.7%, 占华东地区的9.8%, 占上海地区的51%。
