Shenzhen Association of Social Workers

深圳市社会工作者协会（简称深圳市社工协会）成立于1992年。2007年，深圳市开展社会工作试点，深圳市社工协会进行整合提升，全面推动社会工作专业化职业化建设，提供社会工作行业服务，开展社会工作行业管理，充分发挥了政府与民间的桥梁纽带作用，逐步成为了深圳社会工作行业的枢纽型社会组织。

Shenzhen Association of Social Workers was founded in 1992. Shenzhen carried out social work of pilot in 2007, Shenzhen Association of Social Workers integrate and improve, comprehensively promote the construction of social work professionalization and professionalism, to provide social work industry service, to carry out the social work industry management, give full play to the government and the folk as Bridges, and gradually became a hub-like social organization of Shenzhen social work industry.

深圳市社会工作者协会作为直接为社会工作制度配套的行业管理服务专门机构，以“推动社会工作职业化、专业化和规范化建设，开展社会服务，促进社会建设”为宗旨，定位为与社会工作主管部门形成良好伙伴关系，传递政府政策，倡导社会服务，协调政府与社会组织之间利益与需求的中介服务机构。2013年，在深圳市社会组织评估中，深圳市社工协会荣获5A级社会组织荣誉。

Shenzhen Association of Social Workers  as a specialized agency directly for the system of social work service industry management , taking "promote the construction of social work professionalization and  professionalism and standardization, to carry out social services, promote social construction" as the purpose, and position as a good partnership with the competent department of social work, passing the government's policy, advocating social services, coordination between government and social organization benefit and the demand of intermediary service agencies. In 2013, in Shenzhen social organization evaluation, Shenzhen Association of Social Workers won the social organization of 5A grade honor.

深圳市社工协会通过为深圳社工们开展登记注册、培训交流、督导顾问、维权规范、行业评估、评选激励等服务，履行社工行业的宣传推广、项目研发、研究倡导、活动策划、统筹援建、资源链接等职能，在行业服务、行业规范、行业发展等方面发挥了重要的保障作用。

Shenzhen Association of Social Workers through the service of carrying out registration, training and exchange, supervising consultant, rights protection and norms,  industry evaluation, selecion and incentives for social workers in Shenzhen, to perform propagandizing and popularizing ,project development, research and advocacy, event planning, overall assistance, resources link and other function, in the industry service ,  industry standards and industry development and played an important role.
