欧绿保集团于1968年创立于柏林，是全球十大环境服务及资源再生公司之一。集团拥有超过9000名员工，在德国和其他欧洲国家有超过200个经营场所，年营业额达320亿元人民币。
 
欧绿保集团的业务覆盖了环境服务及资源再生的整个领域。欧绿保公司为诸多欧洲城市提供生活垃圾处理服务。仅在德国首都柏林，由欧绿保公司所处理的垃圾量就占到了整个柏林市的一半以上。欧绿保公司采用标准的 “回收-处理-贸易”流程，对包括废旧金属、工业废弃物、电子废弃物、废旧汽车、塑料、包装物以及生活垃圾在内的资源进行综合循环再生。集团旗下的上市公司还运营着覆盖全德国的再生资源物流网络，并在全球进行贸易。
 
 
欧绿保集团和中国国家发改委在2011年就资源再生领域的技术推广和应用达成战略合作协议。2012年，欧绿保集团在中国北京注册分支机构。在城市生活垃圾及各种工业废弃物（废旧汽车，废旧电器电子产品，危险废弃物，一般工业废弃物等）的处理及再生利用等领域，在大中国区范围内积极开展业务。     Company Introduction

With an annual turnover of 3.2 billion Euros and about 9,000 employees, ALBA Group is one of the top 10 players worldwide in environmental services and recycling industry.
 
ALBA Group covers the whole range of environmental service and recycling industry. ALBA offers household waste treatment solution for many municipalities in Europe. In Berlin, the capital of Germany, ALBA alone treats more than half of the household waste for the city.  ALBA adopts standard ‘collection-treatment-trade’ process and recycles all kinds of wastes including scrap metal, industrial waste, electronic wastes, ELV, plastics, packaging and household waste. The listed branch in the group operates a recycling logistic network that covers all Germany, and trades raw materials globally.
 
ALBA Group has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with China’s National Development and Reform Commission on the promotion and application of technology in the field of renewable resources. ALBA Group has registered a branch office in Beijing, China in 2012. ALBA Group is actively doing business within China in the field of processing and recycling of municipal solid waste and industrial waste (scrap vehicles, waste electrical and electronic products, hazardous waste, general industrial waste, etc.)
