上海邑享酒业有限公司作为法国布瓦诺家族成员企业之一，总部位于上海，公司分销网络遍布全国。主营品牌为布瓦诺集团的蒂乐仕干邑及其他烈酒等。

蒂乐仕品牌于1822年由蒂乐仕父子公司建立，鼎盛于拿破仑三世时期，蒂乐仕的徽号在欧洲宫廷间到处可见。在1927年被指定供应于丹麦皇室。2006年加入法国布瓦诺集团。蒂乐仕有一个非常独特的理念，只忠于高、纯品质，高比例的大香槟区混合调配给出了与众不同的“3D口味”（花、水果和香料）。蒂乐仕更拒绝添加焦糖，确保每一瓶蒂乐仕的干邑都忠于天然口感、质地、颜色的融合。近期更是佳音频传，获得2010年旧金山世界烈酒大赛金奖和银奖，2010年国际葡萄酒与烈酒的竞赛奖等。

法国的布瓦诺家族从1640年起便在干邑地区开始种植葡萄，酿造干邑，现今在大香槟区拥有超过420顷的土地，是目前法国干邑地区最大的干邑酿造商和葡萄园所有者。2006年购入蒂乐仕品牌后，成为唯一一个全程每一个步骤都能控制的干邑制造商，自此继续壮大了布瓦诺家族在干邑领域的领导地位。

De Luze Cognac was established in 1822 byA. DE LUZE&Fils, the peak in the Napoleon III period, with gales logo can be seeneverywhere in the European Court room. In 1927 it was designated to supply theroyal family in Denmark. In 2006 joinedDomaineBoinaud.De Luzehave a veryparticular philosophy, believing in high and pure quality. The cognac housedistills only the unfiltered wines to get the thick texture, and they have ahigher percentage of Grande Champagne in their Fine Champagne blends, to give a"3D taste profile" (flowers, fruit and spices). They refuse to addthe caramel to guarantee the natural taste, texture and colour of theensemble.Recent awards include a Gold medal at the San Francisco World SpiritsCompetition in 2010, and Silver medals at International Wine & SpiritCompetition award in 2010 etc.

The Boinaud Family can be traced back to over24generations from 1640 to grow grape and making Cognac. NowDomaineBoinaudhasmore than 420 hectares of land in the Champagne region, is the largestfamilyowned estate and the largest family owneddistillery in the region. DeLuze was purchased in 2006 by the BoinaudFamily,becoming the only onethroughout each step can control the manufacturer Cognac, then continue to growthe Boinaud Family leadership in the field of Cognac.
